608 Construction Update - May 23rd

With just over 2 months to go until move in, things are definitely starting to take shape in our 608 building. Since our last update our top floor units have undergone primer being painted on, floors being laid, cabinets and trim installed, HVAC and water heaters installed, and finally light fixtures installed with power running to them with the 2nd and 3rd floor units not far behind. On the outside of the building the final bricks are being laid, siding and trim work is being completed, and railings are in place for your balconies. We are eager for the project to be complete and to welcome all of our new residents to the 808 on 5th neighborhood.

Look inside a fully drywalled 608 M3

Apartment by apartment, the 608 building is beginning to resemble what you will call home this August. Our fantastic partners at Bower Drywall are currently working their way through the 608 building as interior electrical work, plumbing, and insulation are installed by Merit Electric, Mulford Plumbing, and Contractor Services of Iowa. This drywall is hung on floating external walls and resilient sound channeling that help to significantly reduce sound transfer between apartments and make your experience at 808 on 5th unmatched.

608 Construction Update - March 24th

A lot is happening in our 608 building these days as we work to finish in time for the August 4th move in. Crews from Bower Drywall, Contractor Services of Iowa, Kone Elevators and Escalators, Mulford Plumbing, Rogers Construction, and Yoder Masonry are all hard at work on our architect, Mark Bruzan's design.
